Morris-Union Jointure Commission

The Morris-Union Jointure Commission (MUJC), which administers the Developmental Learning Centers (DLC), is a cooperative public school educational agency providing services and programs to meet the needs of its constituent school districts. The primary purposes of MUJC are to identify needs and provide creative educational approaches and programs to students from the member districts. Furthermore, MUJC provides a forum for local educational agencies to work cooperatively in studying and resolving common problems.

Developmental Learning Centers
The DLCs administered by the MUJC provide a public school program for students with autism or autisticlike behaviors based on the principles of applied behavior analysis.

School Hours
School hours for the DLCs in Warren and New Providence are 8:45 AM - 2:45 PM.

School hours for the DLC in Union is from 8:30 AM-2:30 PM.
