Each year at this site MUJC offers a Professional Learning Series, which provides participants with creative and practical resources for enhancing professional expertise. These programs are presented by nationally known as well as local educators and are available to staff members from both member and non-member districts. |
| • | MUJC’s Professional Development Center in New Providence is a 3700 square foot facility consisting of two spacious presentation rooms outfitted with state-of-the-art multimedia equipment. | |

The inservice
programs address all major areas of education and include topics
such as behavior management, gifted/talented programs, paraprofessional
training, strategies for instruction in language arts, math, reading,
science, social skills, social studies, special education, and technology.
The inservices are designed to be practical, including hands-on activities
and skills directly applicable to the classroom. |
| • | MUJC is a registered provider with the New Jersey Department of Education and provides programs in alignment with the New Jersey Standards for Professional Development. |
