| • | MUJC is a regional collaborative education agency, providing services and programs to meet the needs of its 28 constituent school districts. |
| • | The primary purposes of MUJC are to identify needs and to provide creative educational approaches and programs to member school districts. Moreover, MUJC provides a forum for local educational agencies to work cooperatively and to identify common problems while maintaining local control. |
| • | MUJC is governed by a Board of Education consisting of a representative from each m ember school district. |
