Fingerprinting
In order to schedule an appointment for Sagem Morpho's fingerprint process, either visit the website at www.bioapplicant.com/nj or call 877-503-5981. When scheduling an appointment, please be sure to have the completed Sagem Morpho form available, as the information that appears in boxes 18 - 25 is necessary.Applicants are required to pay the criminal history record check fee directly to Sagem Morpho. Please note that personal checks are not accepted by Sagem Morpho; rather, either a bank check, money order, or credit card is accepted. Additionally, applicants are required to complete the form entitled "NJSDOE CHRU Authorization and Certification", and pay an administrative fee of $7 with a bank check or money order made payable to State of New Jersey and submit it with the completed personnel packet to the Director of Human Resources at a scheduled appointment.
The total cost for this process is $77.25 of which $70.25 is required at the time of scheduling an appointment and $7 is required at your scheduled meeting with the MUJC Director of Human Resources.
Alternatively, if fingerprinted by Sagem Morpho for public school employment subsequent to February 21, 2003, the following must be included with the personnel packet:
- A completed NJSDOE CHRU Authorization and Certification form,
- Bank check or money order in the amount of $32.30 made payable to State of New Jersey, and
- Copy of the completed Sagem Morpho form and receipt that includes the assigned "PCN" number.
